To go work at Romper Room?
I totally feel.
Let us know how it goes. If you decline, do so in Edwardian Script.

Think that’s bad? I used to get paychecks printed in Comic Sans. By a labor union.

At least it wasn't in Wingdings.

The inner design nerd in me would go just to see what the fuck. I mean maybe you would be like the second coming of Jesus to these people and secure a position that would keep you in a job for a long time.

At least you know it will be a “fun work environment” with plenty of mandated “fun activities”

I’m going there this weekend. They DO offer a good contract, so I’m still interested.

I really don’t get the Comic Sans hate.

If it’s a sign of a relaxed workplace, awesome.

It’s OK for birthday invitations, but looks out of place in a professional environment.

Fair enough.
In any other case though, I like it—not restricted to just invitations :)

They offer a pretty neat contract package, so I will do quite the opposite. Man, I wish I could follow your lead...

Oh please tell me this was for a graphic design position, just for the extra WTF points.

... My company uses comic sans in our electrical drawings, I have no idea why. I should really try harder to change the ones I touch to a better font.

It doesn’t really look out of place. What would look out of place is if that had spelling errors. I put emails out in different fonts. Does it matter how they look?
